Sandwich Labs Research

Sandwich Labs is my workshop and the name my open-source projects ship under. I work on software tooling, data and agentic workflows. Most of it stays an experiment; the useful parts get published here.

Vibe Studio. Work with your data where it lives.

An agentic desktop workspace for the data you already have. Connect Postgres, MotherDuck, S3 or a local file, join them in one DuckDB hub, and work with notebooks, skills and an AI agent that asks before it writes.

What this is

A place for experimental research projects.

I build on the edge of software tooling and agentic workflows, mostly in the open. When something turns out to be useful, I publish it under Sandwich Labs. Take it if you can use it.

What lands here
  • 01 Open-source tools, free to use.
  • 02 Experiments and benchmarks, written up honestly.
  • 03 Occasionally, a project that makes it past the experimental stage.
